Another year has come and gone and we've wrapped it up with the 2011 Annual Blessed Sacrament Catholic School Sports Banquet held on Friday May 13th in the Banquet hall at Blessed Sacrament.

It was a wonderful dinner/awards presentation and since the videos were shown at the end, I thought it would be a good idea to post them online for all to see.

I couldn't have done these videos without the help and support of my family and friends.

To my wife, Elizabeth Saldivar (BSCS Alumni Class of '78)- who took digital photographs of games and then helped coordinate the collection of photos and movies from various people such as Liz Suarez, Melinda Fresquez, Isable Luna and Lori Kupczynski.

To my children, Joaquin (BSCS Alumni Class of 2010 ) and Emma Saldivar (currently 5th grader). Joaquin for his contribution to music selection and Emma for keeping “mum” during the (almost 9 months) of video filming, downloading and finally, in the past month — the push to get them edited and scored. I forget that she is also constantly being asked, “Is that your Dad filming?” “Is he going to post them somewhere?” “When?”

And last but not least, my buddy Fernando Del Bosque - he helped film at football, basketball and track and field events.

I have chopped up the videos by sport and posted them below in the order they were presented. **5/16 I had to replace the original Volleyball music track with a Karaoke version - not the same impact but YouTube was being really picky and stripped ALL the audio from the video. So for Mark, I replaced it and re-uploaded.

Please note that I can't distribute or sell these on DVD since I've used copyritge music and the last thing I want to do is to get the school or me in trouble for something I've done for the kids and the parents.
