3.21.00 I drive up to my parking space at work (7 am) and I hear this little alarm going off. It's my new 5 day old HandSpring Visor going off. I don't want to be late so I slipped my Visor out of my protective slip leather slip case. Thank God, it doesn't oversleep like I did. Emma and I had a rough night... Oh, I have a Paper class seminar I have to attend. That's great that my Visor reminded me of that . What a wonderful little companion, reminding me of what meetings I have, I'm so glad I bought this little Visor, I better turn it off... As I tried to reach for the off button (by performing a little one-handed gymnastics) it slipped out of my hands...I watched (in slow motion) as it tumbled to the hard, concrete floor of the parking garage.... "Maybe I should stick my foot out and stop the fall?" "Nah, it's not that far" my brain rationalized. "You might make it worse by kicking it across the parking garage." So the synapse that fired to shoot my leg out was stopped. I watched as my Visor hit the ground. No bounce...No slide...good sign...right?...but it was laying face down... I approached cautiously, as a Detective would a crime scene...a body laying face down... I picked it up and ...(click on the Visor for a closer view)
